Mr Whip Infusions – The King for Cocktail Infusions

Mr Whip Infusions is a premium quality, large-volume, disposable steel cylinder containing 640g of N2O (Nitrous Oxide) as Food Additive E942.

The 640g cylinder is designed to maximise efficiency for large-scale users, equating to more than 80 commercial cream chargers.

The 100% recyclable high-grade steel cylinders are non-refillable. Each cylinder contains 640g of pure food-grade N2O (E942 – Nitrous Oxide). Mr Whip food-grade N2O is bacteriostatic, which means it prevents bacterial growth, allowing refrigerated charged cream whippers to keep contents fresh for up to two weeks.

With the large Mr Whip Infusions, restaurants, bars, cafés, commercial kitchens, and home enthusiasts can conveniently fill their cream whippers repeatedly to create fantastic culinary creations. As a guide, each 640g cylinder will infuse approximately 64 drink servings.

This pallet load provides a significant advantage for high-volume users, saving valuable time by reducing the need to handle many individual chargers. Simply connect the appropriate filling hose between the regulator and the whipper, and in just a few seconds, the whipper is charged and ready for dispensing.

With this versatile culinary tool, you can prepare a wide range of drinks and dishes, from classic whipped cream to desserts, espumas, or N2O-infused cocktails.

A set of a pressure regulator and a hose plus an adapter will make it easy and safe to connect Mr Whip Infusions with a cream whipper. The pressure regulator and hose adapter are sold separately.

Dispose of only empty cylinders. To ensure a cylinder is empty, a plastic release valve for residual gas is enclosed. When using it, be aware that the escaping gas can be extremely cold, so point the valve away from your body.

Mr Whip Infusions cannot be refilled and is not intended for medical use. Each cylinder is pressure tested at 180 bar, but as with all pressure containers, it should be handled with care. Avoid exposing it to heat or freezing temperatures, and always keep it out of the reach of children. Empty cylinders can be disposed of as steel waste or with other ferrous metals.

A regulator and adapter set is designed for the use of cream whippers with Mr Whip Infusions large-volume disposable cylinders in the HoReCa industry.

Operational Instructions: – Turn the knob to the Minus (-) position to ensure the valve is closed, preventing damage to the gauge. – Attach the inlet connector/regulator to the N2O cylinder by carefully screwing it onto the top thread (screw it on straight to avoid cross-threading). – Connect the hose to the regulator tightly, but do not use excessive force. – Connect the other end of the hose (adapter) to the cream whipper and fasten the thread securely. – Gently rotate the adjusting knob towards the plus (+) to reach the desired pressure, slowly releasing the gas into the cream whipper. – Once the standard pressure is reached, close the valve by turning to the Minus (-) position.

Each tank includes a nozzle for ensuring the cylinder is fully empty before recycling.

Safety Information:

Nitrous Oxide cylinders are filled with liquefied gas under high pressure. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions, using appropriate equipment like the professional dispensers/whippers available for purchase in our store.

Puncturing the cylinders can cause freezing gas to escape, so protect your hands and face. Cylinders will become extremely cold when punctured.

Always ensure the cream charger is completely empty before removing it from your device. If injured by freezing gas, seek medical attention immediately, as high-pressure gas burns can cause deep tissue damage, which may not be immediately apparent.
